Pescara is a full grain calfskin sneaker, with a calfskin lining that guarantees unique comfort and (almost) eternal durability. Thanks to the calfskin lining it is cool in summer and warm in winter. Contemporary but uncompromising, Pescara is made by selecting exclusively the finest materials. I would only say one word to describe it: Frechete!
Full grain calf leather
Full grain leather is one of the most valuable materials, because it constitutes the surface layer of the animal's epidermis and has not undergone particular processes that have altered its natural appearance. Precisely for this reason it maintains the original features of the coat: natural signs such as scars or stretch marks which give naturalness, authenticity and recognisability to the product.
Extra Light rubber sole
The Extra Light rubber soles are light and comfortable. The closed cell structure gives resistance to the shoe, protecting it from liquids, bacteria and external agents. The formulation of the sole promotes a "shock-absorber" effect which helps to improve foot support.
“Cassette” processing
There are thousands of types of shoes on the market but the essential parts that compose them are always two: the upper, i.e. the upper part, and the bottom, i.e. the set of components that are placed between the foot and the ground. The type of workmanship often differs in the fixing technique, the union between the upper and the bottom. In Ciccone sneakers we use the "cassette" process: we sew the edge of the bottom to the upper in order to obtain excellent robustness, reducing the risk of the upper coming off.
