Returns and the first size exchange are free throughout Italy.
How can I return a product?
- Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the product
- Just write an email to info@maestriciccone.com indicating the order number for which you want to make the return.
- You will receive return confirmation and collection instructions by email
How can I change the size of a product?
- Size change is possible within 14 days of receiving the product
- Just write an email to info@maestriciccone.com indicating the order number for which you want to change the size and the desired size
- You will receive confirmation of the size change and exchange instructions by email
- From the 2nd size change onwards, each change will have a fee of €10 (VAT included)
