Trieste
About
Trieste is a high-top sneaker in full grain calfskin, with a calfskin lining that guarantees unique comfort and (almost) eternal durability. Furthermore, inside the shoe there is a thick removable insole which significantly increases the comfort of the foot. Despite being high, it is a 4-season sneaker, in fact, thanks to the calfskin lining, it is cool in summer and warm in winter. Available in three colors: Brown, Blue and Black, it matches perfectly in any context and with any type of trousers.
Contemporary but uncompromising, Trieste is your next shoe: try it!
Full grain calf leather
Full grain leather is one of the most valuable materials, because it constitutes the superficial layer of the animal's epidermis and has not undergone particular processes that have altered its natural appearance. Precisely for this reason it maintains the original features of the coat: natural signs such as scars or stretch marks which give naturalness, authenticity and recognisability to the product.
Natural rubber sole
The soles are made of natural rubber ( caoutchouc) which are resistant and soft at the same time. The harvesting of hevea milk takes place in tropical plantations and does not weaken the tree, on the contrary, it helps it grow. In fact, when you start carving a part of the bark, the other end has finished regenerating and a new cycle can thus begin. A recent biomechanical study notes the excellent distribution of pressure on the soles during walking, with a clear attenuation of the excessive pressures of the foot/ground impact.
“Cassette” processing
There are thousands of types of shoes on the market but the essential parts that compose them are always two: the upper, i.e. the upper part, and the bottom, i.e. the set of components that are placed between the foot and the ground. The type of workmanship often differs in the fixing technique, the union between the upper and the bottom. In Ciccone sneakers we use the "cassette" process: we sew the edge of the bottom to the upper in order to obtain excellent robustness, reducing the risk of the upper coming off.
